Tried this place again today. Usually it's always busy. Not today.
The food was fresh. The waitress/owner was professional.
The crunchy roll, 007 was awesome and fresh. Lobster roll could have been better. -

So I would like to start off with the positive things like how their sushi here is above-average good and I guess for me personally it's practically down the street from home and it's convenient because of the shopping area and the theater is nearby as well. Although even though the sushi is good here the owner well who I am assuming is one of the owners for this establishment is also the main waitress and the only waitress
I have to give it to her for having to do to-go orders and waiting on about what seems to be 10 to 12 tables from what I could remember but at the same time I have noticed that anytime of the day she is the only one there. So when trying to eat here the wait is very long whether you're waiting for her to clean a table to come greet your table to ask for a refill or ask for anything at all takes more than 10 minutes. and it's one of the most frustrating things when you only see one server and one whole restaurant despite the fact that it's a small place to me in my opinion it's selfish and greedy on their part to not provide at least one more server for speedy service it's the one thing that they lack the most at this place and it's also the main reason why I am not going here anymore. Especially on a Friday and Saturday night I mean seriously it's truly unacceptable.
Another annoying thing about this place is that they are willing to give me a to-go box for my leftover food but not a refill to go overall the customer service in this place needs to step up their game from one server to another -

After reading the reviews my husband, daughter, and I were a little apprehensive to try this place out. BUT we were so thoroughly pleased with our experience. Our waitress was corky and so enjoyable. Interacting with her made half the experience. The other half was the food. Oh my. The rolls were so good. We got the Something Wrong roll, the calamari crunch roll (for my daughter who devoured it) and then we even ordered a roll because we saw our waitress delivering it to another table and it looked amazing. It was the sexy lady roll. So delicious. We have been back to them and are planning another visit very soon. Definitely our new fav sushi spot in the High Desert.

Usually packed with limited seating and takes time to get your food but it tastes so good that it's worth it. We end up here at least 3 times a month. One of the good sushi spots in the desert.

I visited on Monday June 17th, around 2:30 pm... And the gentleman making the sushi absolutely Made my experience... He was attentive, a great conversation, and it shows how much he Loves his work!!! I sat at the bar that afternoon and he truly made my day!!! I thank you for your hospitality and kindness... I hope that he's appreciated for his hard work and dedication to the art of Japanese cuisine!!!
PS:They have my favorites!!! Albacore, octopus, squid... Cucumber salad is perfect, Esspecialy with their red sauce and everything is better with chili oil!!!
